Second Chance Sheltering Network ~ Mission
Small But Mighty
Our mission is to transform abandoned and abused cats in the Western New York Area into cherished pets.
We believe in trap-neuter-vaccinate-return to help control feral cat populations and are a no-kill shelter.
All volunteers. All love.
